Day 20 and Day 21

Day 20

Lunch : Korean rolls with noodles

Dinner : Bread and cheese, juice, milk tea.

 

Day 21

Lunch : Shrimp sandwiches

Dinner : Sea food and rice

 

After 21 days, I have not lost a kg. :( But I will keep this.

Two noticeable result I have achieved by this diet.

First, my bowels move everyday and very refreshing as well :) Once I took Aloe vera every morning for 3 weeks. It was quite good and I could go to bathroom almost everyday in the morning. Though it is quite expensive and it contains Natriumbenzoat as preservative, which I do not like. Now I do not take extra vitamin or mineral tablets. I take omega 3 and omega 6 capsules though.

Day 19

Lunch : Korean rolls

Dinner : 2 slices of bread, 4 pieces of digestives with cheese on, a glass of orange juice, a cup of tea.

I have not lost a kg. :( No matter what I think I am going to stick to this breakfast but it would be great if I can lose some weight as well.

How do I feel?

I used to get puffy face in the morning but not anymore. Not as much as before, at least.

Very soft and maybe little bit radiant facial skin I got. As I mentioned earlier, I am picky and really it is hard to see the difference by yourself. Of course I have already have my way of taking care of my face but still good to mention it.

Today when I had my usual walk, I just got the strange sweet taste in the mouth. I thought it was because of hot weather and lack of fluid. I have been drinking water since then but it is still there. I will check it out tomorrow.

Otherwise I am ok.

Skinny Bitch Day 17 and Day 18

Day 17

Lunch : 3 Slices of bread with butter and honey, a cup of tea.

Dinner : Spicy noodles with egg.

 

Day 18

Lunch : 2 hotdogs.

Dinner : 4 digestives with cheese on, 2 slices of bread with butter, cheese and honey. A cup of tea,  A glass of juice.

I am getting lazy. It is really hard to be consistent in any field.

I have noticed one thing. I read that your skin would become better. And yes, it became. Though it might be because of the female monthly circle. I will keep it in mind.

Skinny Bitch Day 16

Breakfast : Fruits

Lunch : Schinitzel with veg

Dinner : Rice, miso soup, eggs

I get so sleepy after lunch. I dont know why.

I feel very good in the morning though.

Skinny Bitch Day 14, 15

Day 14

Breakfast : as usual

Lunch : Spaghetti with meat sauce, 2 slices of toasted bread with butter.

Snack : a couple of cookies, a cup of light coffee.

Dinner : Rice, Miso soup, Sausages, Veg

I walked my dog for about 50minutes.

Day 15

Breakfast : Fruits

Lunch : Instant noodles with miso paste, veg

Snack : a couple of cookies

Dinner : 2 and half slices of bread with butter and cheese, a cup of milk tea

Snack : a couple of potato chips.

I could not walk my dog.
